In June 2014, I completed my 200 hour Vinyasa Teacher training Certification with world renown Master Teacher & Author, Rolf Gates in Cambridge, MA. It was a game changer. I had started my Yoga journey when a dear friend invited me to try a hot power yoga class. I was hooked on the energy surge throughout my body and calming effect on my mind. I would be honored to be your guide in finding new flexibility, strength and balance.

My new passion is Aqua Yoga. In July 2020, I completed my Aqua Yoga Certification. I am a Professional Lifeguard and have completed several aquatic safety courses. I enjoy swimming everyday and love combining my two favorite activities into a remarkable experience for my students. Aqua Yoga is a compliment to any athletic workout and yoga practice. Come be part of tranquil pool yoga with gentle direction and meditation moments. Try it, you are going to love it.

Style: Traditional Vinyasa Yoga includes a combination of meditation and flow sequencing.
