COVID 19

Much is unknown about how the virus that causes COVID-19 spreads. The CDC believe it spreads mostly from person to person through respiratory droplets produced when someone who is sick coughs or sneezes.

Practice social distancing by putting space between yourself and others. Continue to practice healthy habits to help slow the spread of COVID-19.

Disclaimer

Yoga is a physical exercise and with any new activity program, it is prudent to check with your doctor. Each participant is responsible to notify the teacher of any serious illness or injury before every yoga class. If at any time during class, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture. You may rest at any time during class. It is important in yoga that you listen to your body, and respect its limits on any given day.

You, the (participant/student) understand that yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult with a physician prior to beginning any activity, including yoga. You, the student recognize that it is your responsibility to notify the teacher of any restriction, serious illness, sickness or injury before every yoga class. You the student agree not to perform any postures to the extent of strain or pain.

I, the (participant/student) accept that the instructor Nina Schwitters is not liable for any injury, sickness, or damages, to you, resulting from taking the class. I ( participant/student) will complete the waiver and consent form before participating in a class and return it to Nina Schwitters.

When I participate (participant/student) in yoga classes or parties on-line, I understand the above risk and my responsibility to take care of my body at all times. The Instructor, Nina Schwitters is not liable for any injury, sickness, or damages, resulting from taking the class. I will complete the necessary consent and release forms before participating in classes.

Your privacy is protected, no names, phone numbers or e-mail information will be shared with any outside vendors without your permission. Thank you for your business and support.

Remember: Childs Pose is always available during class when you need a break.

Risk, Activities, Outcome of Risk, and Voluntary Participation

There is risk of injury with any physical exercise including yoga. The poses are a combination of seated, standing, and stretching movement. The activities include arm and leg movement along with balancing poses which you may find challenging. The outcome of physical exercise carries risk that may result in injury. You are voluntarily participating in the traditional live yoga class, on line yoga classes and yoga parties offered by AquaTerraYoga.com.

Affirmation of Health, & Release of Liability of Instructor


I am (participant/student) in good health and have consulted with my personal physician, before taking a yoga class. I hereby release the instructor Nina Schwitters from liability for any injury incurred during yoga services offered by AquaTerraYoga.com with in person traditional face to face classes, on-line classes and yoga parties.
