Let’s face it: Walking into any yoga class can be intimidating, especially for the first time. My workshops are designed to slow down the learning opportunity with focus and gentle guidance to deepen your practice. Each workshop will build confidence and expand your skills to practice yoga.

For example, the Beginner Workshop is designed for the new yogie/student who wants to focus on learning the basic poses. We explore 15 core poses with demonstrations and practicing together. Also, we will work on learning the sequencing of poses in Sun Salutation A & B used in flow classes. Sprinkled into the workshop is a little about Yoga history, meditation techniques and terminology.
