You’ve heard good things about yoga, but you’re not sure if it will be a good fit for you. We offer a range of classes in person and online to help you achieve results and positive change. Not sure what you need, or what it costs? We will work together to find what classes are right for you.

FUN Flow

Blocks, Straps and Yoga? Please come join Friday mornings for this fun and playful class with Yoga Props. In a slow Vinyasa Flow class, Nina blends a sequence of poses sprinkled with demonstrations and practicing while teaching the use of props: Blocks & Straps. The blocks help bring the floor to you, creating increased length and flexibility with each pose. The Strap is a great assist in opening and relaxing the muscles for a deeper stretch. You will be on the mat playing with blocks and straps to enhance your experience and unlock your inner child. Using props will help students: breath deeper, relax, quiet your mind, and empower you to experiment. Try it, you are going to love it. All levels of Yogis are welcome.

Candlelight Flow

A perfect way to unwind after a busy day, rejuvenate your body and soul with a lovely soft sequence. During this class, you will enjoy a peaceful and relaxing evening flow. This dynamic class encompasses a strong standing flow to heat up the body including balance postures, floor stretching and a sweet Savasana, the final resting pose.

Sunsets and Candle Lite flow class. There will always be modifications, blocks and straps cued for a joyful experience. All levels of Yogis are welcome.

Customized Group and Private Classes

A great way to learn the basic poses or just have a fun party class with your friends. Nina will customize a small group session or private lesson created to your individual needs. The class will be tailored to your personal level and goals. For example, 1-4 students a class, $25 per person. Classes can be 60-75 minutes and by appointment to fit your busy schedule. A fun way to work out or just try something new and different.
